We focus on four key verticals: Software & Cloud (SaaS, DevOps, cyber), IT Services (MSPs, digital transformation, custom dev, analytics, enterprise apps), Business Services (consulting, professional services, BPM/BPO), FinTech and Deep Tech (AI/ML, IoT, big data). Our cross-sector expertise enables us to understand both technical and commercial value drivers.
Yes. Our global capabilities are built on strong partnerships with select advisory firms and executives worldwide. This collaborative model delivers three key advantages: First, our partners provide real-time market intelligence and access to qualified buyers and sellers in each region. Second, we can assemble cross-border deal teams with precise expertise for each transaction. Third, by working with established local firms, our clients benefit from advisors who deeply understand their market's business culture, regulations, and key decision-makers.
We intentionally operate with small, focused teams under a low-leverage model, meaning our senior team are actively involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. Unlike ‘bulge bracket’ firms where work is often delegated to junior staff, our experienced professionals directly drive each phase of your deal - from initial strategy through closing.
Although it’s ‘never too soon’, we typically partner with sell-side clients 12-36 months before exit to optimize outcomes through strategic improvements, while buy-side engagements generally span 12-24 months from strategy to integration. For capital raises, strategy consulting, and special situations, timelines vary based on complexity and urgency, ranging from immediate action to year-long engagements.
